The Wilmington International Airport hosted the Annual Coastal Carolinas Airshow this year, which took place April 19-20, 2008.

The Airshow featured the United States Air Force Jet Team the Thunderbirds. Also featured was the U.S. Army's Golden Knights, This air show was a very exciting one with thrills for all. Both teams performed on Saturday and Sunday, April 19-20, 2008
